During its operating years, the company gained a significant share of the sea cucumber market. The HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) system, a system of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points is used to ensure food hygiene. It includes a set of organized actions aimed at the preventive and effective management of potential food-related risks throughout its production process.
