Mussels are cultivated in Northern Greece in a privately owned mussel farm. Immediately after they are caught, they are processed on floating vessels and transported to our modern facilities at the Dispatch and Sanitation Center, which is located a very short distance from the mussel farm. There they are kept and marketed.

The marine area in which our mussel farm is located is rich in nutrients, which contribute to the growth of delicious mussels.
